  5. Artists & Handmade Pop Culture Items
  6. Anime
  7. Indie Video Game & Tabletop Developers
  8. Vintage T-Shirts & Clothing
  9. Cosplay
  10. Authors of show-related material
  11. Arcade Machines
  12. Other Pop Culture-related items

How to Apply

Click the application link at the top of the page to submit your form. Our team will review your application and respond within 24–48 hours. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing your purchase link to finalize your booth reservation.

Important Policies

THIS IS ONLY AN APPLICATION.

Your booth is not reserved until full payment is received.

VENDOR FLOOR SPACES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you later find that you cannot attend, we will attempt to backfill your space and issue a refund. However, refunds are not guaranteed and depend entirely on our ability to resell your booth.

Vendor Details

  1. Each booth includes 3 free vendor passes for booth workers.
  2. Additional workers must be submitted for approval by event planners.
  3. Power is available for purchase—please complete the electrical form if needed.
